BOOKING POLICY

• Please park considerately on Ashby Avenue (no parking on Keadby Close).
• I require 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend your appointment otherwise you will be required to pay the full treatment cost.
• Please ensure you have childcare for the duration of your appointment. I have chemicals and sharp objects in my treatment room and I'm not insured for children to be on the premises.
• Please message me if you are due to arrive late for your appointment as this may affect my other bookings. If you arrive early please message me and I may be able to accommodate an earlier appointment.
• If you are paying by bank transfer please ensure you make payment before or at the time of your appointment to avoid forgetting to pay.
• Please arrange a patch test at least 48hrs prior to any new treatment with me.
